Business Administration and Research Internship

Program Description

As a Business-Admin and Research intern, you will be introduced to projects that specifically deal with sustainability connected to a nation-states’ economy. Further, Business-Admin interns will be placed into a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment to cultivate teamwork and an ability to discuss different fields related to market research and business administration. In this environment, Business-Admin interns will be expected to undertake responsibilities that include building specific supply chains through market research that ultimately uphold our values at She Grows It. Of course, in this environment, we will offer assistance and support that ensures proper direction and detail that coincides with our vision of supporting sustainability with economic growth.

At She Grows It, you will be introduced to research and analytical techniques that will give you the necessary tools you need to be effective in your career path. Specifically, Business-Admin interns will research topics that deal with countries in Africa. These topics can all be extremely varied, but the overarching goal is to further understand these countries with lexicons that are based in product and process development, manufacturing operations, business administration, supply chain economics, and their respective markets for investment and growth. After the countries have thoroughly been researched, each intern will begin an analysis process. In brief, this analysis process is used to determine which countries have industries that can be consulted by our She Grows It team for economic growth that doesn't negatively affect the environment.

Our She Grows It team will not only offer you valuable tools to cultivate your communication and branding abilities, but also we will support you in skills that relate to job development. We use tools that empower and educate our interns. For instance, we hold professional seminars and lectures that aim to teach methods of framework, introduce new perspectives and also challenge perspectives. Intern job development for practical use in today's ever changing world is our number one priority. We want to ensure that each intern has the opportunity to grow their skill set in such a way that employers choose our interns first.
