Finance Internship
Program Description
As a Finance intern, you will be introduced to projects that deal specifically with financial payment systems, finance policy, and nation-state co-operations. Further, Finance interns will be placed into a collaborative and cross-disciplinary environment to cultivate teamwork and an ability to discuss different fields related to finance. In this environment, Finance interns will be expected to undertake responsibilities that include economic and financial policy research, and analysis for data collection purposes. These projects will increase the awareness of the Finance intern to be aware of how money flows throughout each nation-state studied. In short, the overarching goal of the Finance intern is to grant SGI the ability to offer clients consultation that directly relates to who and where clients should invest, spend, and place their money.
At She Grows It, you will be introduced to research and analytical techniques that will give you the necessary tools to be effective in your career path. Specifically, Finance interns will research financial topics that deal with countries in the horn of Africa. After the countries have thoroughly been researched, each intern will begin an analysis process. In brief, this research and analysis process will help guide you to be effective in creating a database that benefits our clients in understanding how to invest in each specific country studied. The finance intern holds an integral part at She Grows It. SGI, in order to be effective in our consultancy, must rely heavily upon the research conducted by the finance department. The research and analytical processes aim to benefit our ability of creating a financial world that protects the environment rather than disregards it. Therefore, the finance intern position is of high importance at SGI.
Our She Grows It team will not only offer you valuable tools to cultivate your research and analysis abilities, but also we will support you in skills that relate to job development. We use tools that empower and educate our interns. For instance, we hold professional seminars and lectures that aim to teach methods of framework, introduce new perspectives and also challenge perspectives. Intern job development for practical use in today's ever changing world is our number one priority. We want to ensure that each intern has the opportunity to grow their skill set in such a way that employers choose our interns first.
