Our Readiness for Financial Investment (RFI) system and standards of measurement are available for all 215 business types. Our system and standards help businesses prepare their enterprises as much as possible for acquiring and sustaining investment. Investing in a company is risky and expensive, and investors will require a substantial amount of information - transparency - before making the decision to trust a venture with their money. Our RFI Consulting informs clients on documentation needed to present clearly and in an organized manner a final financial package with readiness scoring and justification for investors to quickly judge the potential of the business to yield worthwhile returns. Our RFI Consulting ensures that our clients have everything needed to validate the venture and to make the case to potential investors this is a viable business worthy of investment.
OUR APPROACH
Phase 1: An initial call to discuss the fundamentals of readiness for investment. We will go over financial information from the past three years, the goals of your company in seeking investment, the history of your company, information about your employees and leadership team, and your business plan. Businesses that do not meet at least RFI Stage 5 concluding Phase 1, will not be enrolled in RFI Consulting but will be provided recommendations for Business Development, Strategy, and/or Research Consulting services.
Phase 2: A follow-up call to discuss specific aspects of the businesses readiness for investment metrics. Discussion topics will delve into additional financial information and needed documentation as well as the business plan, strategy, and external country and regional-based factors that are specific to your investment market.
Phase 3: A follow-up call to discuss the concluding items needed to prepare your company to be ready for investment. We will ensure the information provided specific to the business owner, types of investments, and that the company is demonstrably compliant with local regulations.
Phase 4: A call to discuss the final 7-Stage Readiness for Investment package. This call will cover the specifics of the Readiness Package that ensures the business has compiled all the necessary documents from the most fundamental to the final polish that will make the venture stand out. The final package is designed to help organize all documentation according to the stages of readiness, which makes the investor’s review easier.
